Resort-style amenities are provided within our beautiful, 38,000 square foot Community Clubhouse. 

This world-class recreation center houses a large state-of-the-art Fitness Center complete with an Aerobics Studio as well as an Indoor Swimming Pool situated under a retractable roof.

Within the clubhouse, there is plenty of space for socializing. There are hobby, game & card rooms, a billiard room, and several party/meeting rooms.  Residents can relax in the Library or express their creativity in the Arts and Crafts Room. The large multi-purpose Ballroom, with seating up to 600, is the perfect location for many different community events and is equipped to stage professional-grade performances. Residents can enjoy socializing over a meal or a drink at our Restaurant or Pub which are housed in the Clubhouse.

Greenbriar Oceanaire offers its residents a full-time Lifestyle Director and Concierge team located in our Clubhouse to promote a healthy, happy lifestyle. Our Concierge Team functions as an Information hub for residents. They provide full Concierge services, including, among other things, assistance with room reservations, registration for the many Greenbriar Oceanaire activities and events, and access to a full calendar of social events and entertainment.
