Island House Condominium Amenities include an Ocean Front Pool, a stay fit Exercise Room, a beautiful Lobby ideal for visiting with friends, and a Community Room available to residents for a variety of functions.

Our beautiful ocean front pool is the perfect place to lounge and relax with family and friends or challenge yourself by swimming a few laps. A certified lifeguard is on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm. The pool remains open through September 30th without a lifeguard on duty and weather permitting.
